We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember your dental insurance plan is a contract between you and the company. We will complete the necessary paperwork and forward this to your dental plan.
We do accept assignment from you dental insurance company. Most insurance companies will respond within two to four weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. You will be responsible for the amount outstanding which is not paid by your dental insurance company.
